Pros
Environment friendly and good projects with trainings.
Variable pay is given at 100% rate or more than that which is good
Cons
at gurgaon only Pharma domain is present.Manager need to be little flexible.adhoc work culture needs to be changed
Advice to Senior Management
Please put more domains in Guragaon.Provide learning facilities at Gurgaon centre also.Develop the building infrastructure and cab facilities
