Cons – At times, you may be asked to put more than 100%. Depends on the time and phase of project

Pros – Good responsibilities, good career growth, good incentive pay based on good performance, permanent residency sponsorship, great health benefits, resonable job stability

Cons – Average pay scale, should negotiate for a better pay before joining, does not have any graduate study based tution reimbursement programs, share options provided only to a limited senior level resources which should be properly negotiated

Advice to Senior Management – introduce tution reimbursement porgrams, try to relook at the share options plans
