Pros – Variable pay given is sometimes more than 100%.
good and cool work culture

Cons – management is not concerned about employee's aspirations.
Short term projects which make you go on bench aftr release completion. Difficult to search for new projects. If on bench for more than 3 months, they might ask to change the location(transfer).

Advice to Senior Management – Pls consider employees aspirations and goals while assigning into projects.

Peers are friendly. No bossy nature.

Cons – The compensation is the lowest in industry.
Chance to work on the good is very low and the chance is just based on luck if you join from Entry level.

Pros – Great place to learn, good training and exposure to lot of process. work and personal life balance can be maintained but it depends on the kind of project.

Cons – Company profit is never pass down to the employees. only very few employees get good hike.. that would be marketed as if the performance incentive is given all the employees.
Appraisal system is very bad only the one close to manager get good hike even if they are not fit for that.and also there is quota for each rating i.e .even resources are good based on quota some should be given bad rating by manager.

Advice to Senior Management – Please change the appraisal system and remove the quota based system. Also pass on the company profit to employees instead of planning in future investment to avoid situation like Infosys.

Advice to Senior Management – Managers must be told not to indulge in preferential treatment specially toward ppl who share your language. I know lot many ppl leaving Pune office due to Marathi/Non Marathi issue.

Cons – Salary is less comapred to peer companies

Cons – uncertainity about next project and its technology, have to mostly switch to new technologies for getting in desiired locations
