Cold Stone Creamery Reviews
-
Pros
Cold Stone Creamery gave me a great opportunity to gain experience in managing a team. By directly supervising other employees, I was able to learn more both about myself and about how other people operate
Cons
Staffing was a consistent problem at Cold Stone. The shop was commonly understaffed which created added stress on employees and management.
Advice to Senior Management
My advice for Cold Stone Creamery's management would to be to adopt better staffing practices and better predict busy times in the store to be more prepared.
