    Pros

    the other sales associates were great. I loved working with the public as well. flexible with schedule

    Cons

    lack of raises, but not lack of evaluations. Too many stores too soon. It basically saturated the area and it made the store less exciting to shop. I used to love to TRAVEL to shop...Made it special

    Pros

    working with the shared vision of serving customers honestly and supporting one another .

    Cons

    Experienced staff with strong customer base let go , many of which worked several years. No value placed on dedication and loyalty to the 'brand' or the fellow Creeker mentality.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop directing your team to give free product to clients because the customer is upset or sending $100.00 GIFT CARDS and forced apologies to situations that would not fly elsewhere. For example, a customer receives free " promo gifts "turns around and re-gifts to a friend. The later returns the product and the product rang up as zero. Both customers are rewarded with flowers and gift cards. Totally unsustainable business practices. The returns were unreal. When I questioned this practice, pointing out it hurt SPH , I was advised it was Dennis Pences's money. Well being that my common stock is now garbage, I'd say it was all of our money, passion and belief in a brand that left us high and dry.

    Pros

    Good benefits, great location - can't beat living in Sandpoint for quality of life.

    Cons

    Constant change, with micromanagement at the top levels, which created a lot of unnecessary rework at the lower levels to execute on the change. Lack of understanding of impact of change requests from executive management, and lack of business justification for last minute changes.
