    Pros

Great traings, good tech support, Lori Arnold cares about her folks and is very involved.

    Cons

High office fees and the bonus commission rate is the same as normal commission rate (most companies give 90-95% on bonuses)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the bonus rate to minimum 90%. it's a relatively small change, but psychologically it would mean a great deal.

    Cons

There are a lot of low end properties that are listed by the company. Quality of leads are not the best.

I have been working at Coldwell Banker Apex Realtors

    Pros

Coldwell Banker Apex provides Realtors with continuous training internally versus paying enormous fees to get the same continuous education outside of the company. The Broker is very knowledgeable and in touch with today's market (buyers and sellers).

    Cons

There is so much education going on within the company that if you are not careful you could go into a training frenzy and not get out to do your job (sales).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is no advice or feedback to be offered here. I like the way the leadership team is progressing at this company. I like their approach to the current market. The leadership team is fabulous.
