    Excellent tools with a ready-made widespread network for growth

    Cons

    keeping an office or a desk requires a lot of production on top of monthly fees. Every day as a realtor brings expenses, and even with being at a large brokerage one has to hustle for clients.

    Advice to Management

    deeper education for novice realtors and better management of the mentorship program.

    You have the freedom to work when you are able and collaborate with team members.

    Cons

    Pay is strictly commission. If you have no real estate transactions, you don't get paid.

    Brand, support and continuous educational opportunities.

    Cost of doing business is higher compared to other brokerages. Lack of 401K match and company health benefits.

    Company needs to commit to agents financial well being. Company should match on the 401Save Program and increase referrals on agent recruitment opportunities.

    As a company, how you treat your employees is a reflection of the success of the business. And employees are not happy!
