Pros
Name Brand Company with Country wide presence.
Cons
Bad compensation

Pros
There is a willingness at the company to look at new options in technology and marketing at the management level. They are constantly looking at new ways to improve access to information to brokers and are very supportive of brokers.
Cons
The real estate market in general is not a great sector to be employed right now. It is tough if you are just starting out.
Advice to Senior Management
Offer a structured training program for new brokers and a better split for the first year. It is tough for established brokers to make it in todays market, a little help throught the first year may keep some talented people.
