    Good corporate culture

Marketing Manager (Former Employee) Minneapolis, MN

    Pros-Friendly atmosphere
    -Collegiate
    -Professional development events
-Entrepreneurial. Unlimited earnings potential, work as much or as little as you like, you're basically a small business owner.

    Cons-Salary
    -Success depends on initiative
You need to find your own clients/prospects generally through old calling. Unless you have an established network that can provide sustainable/consistent lead sources, but that is the exception not the norm

Loved my time at CB Preferred!

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (Former Employee) Philadelphia, PA

ProsFriendly environment, lots of training opportunities, unlimited income potential

ConsTotally live without a net: no benefits, no salary, straight commissions with lots of splits.

Advice to Senior ManagementEven if it doesn't seem to be a conflict of interest in the strictest sense, doing secret deals with agents in your office and entering formal partnerships with investors who hang their licenses in your offices is shady and puts other agents at risk.
