I worked at Coldwell Banker part-time

    Pros

Great agents to work with and a very satisfactory fee structure for agents. Not necessa in all offices. Close knit agents very helpful to one another. At least one branch manager/broker is superb.

    Cons

Low pay and inattentiveness to needs of employees. Upper management does not always keep promises to employees regarding promotion opportunities. Office wear and tear is not dealt with to ensure a pleasurable work environment.

    Advice to Management

Take care of the people and the people will take care of the mission. Spend the money to keep all offices in good repair.
