Good Pay and good salary. Staff are friendly, and coles has good working environment. I also received training to become a duty manager

Too much pressure from managers. I used to be asked to stay back free of cost sometimes when there were too much left behind.

Coles nowadays employs all sorts of managers with and without prior experience. Some staff members have better knowledge than the manager.s

Boring work, no challenges. Boring people and poor management. Overall not a very satisfying experience. Poor treatment of staff by management.

Look after staff better and provide more praise when the rig thing is done. Make the jib more challenging and fun.

A lot of bureaucracy, due to being such a large organisation covering many brands. Outdated and complex IT systems and equipment.

Management is doing a good job of revitalising the company's brand image and fortunes. On track to achieving its five year turnaround plan to catch up with Woolies.
