    Pros

Long term projects, Good Clients, Staff is friendly, Payment is on-time all the time

    Cons

No hikes, No Growth. You'll be fine if you are ok to be at the same place without any hike.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at Collabera full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Decent Perks, Vacation, Sick Days, Great People and values, encouraging Management staff Bonuses were good for morale and production.

    Cons

Medical is terrible, basic training is not very personalized to the job, no job security, while they were understanding about the demands of a family, the work-load was insanely large for my salary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on training, simplify processes, better communication and instruction from Managers.

I worked at Collabera as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

    Uh, they send a paycheck?

    Cons

Employees and (especially) recruiters cannot speak or write in coherent English. Didn't interact with a single exception. I'd say it's quite something to behold, but it's become sadly typical in the IT "consulting" industry. Is anyone there actually bright? It's impossible to tell. Collabera's US operation is based in North Jersey, but I never spoke to anyone with even decent English skills in their office. Gee, no employable, literate Americans in the Morristown area, Collabera? What a joke.

I worked as a contractor for IBM via Collabera. For some reason the IBM HR folks push both Collabera, and another clueless offshore firm called Infinite Computer Solutions over the (two) American companies on IBM's Approved Vendor list. Three guesses why. If you have a chance to work as an IBM contractor, pick one of the American firms instead - you won't regret it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Eventually, parasites suck their hosts dry. Perhaps you can use your gargantuan profits to purchase a fleet of food trucks at that point.

I worked at Collabera as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

Offer basic benefits to contractors (medical & dental, 401K). Leave you alone while work for client. Good partner when looking for a new contract.

    Cons

None, if you understand that as a contractor you are not an associate and need to be able to look after yourself.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    none

I have been working at Collabera full-time for more than a year

    Pros

On site HR consistently reaches out and has events to honor the top performers and create a cohesive environment. I had an enjoyable experience.

    Cons

The cons were not Collabera's fault, they are limited to some degree by the client.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

During my time with Collabera there was excellent support on site and within the Corporate office. My only advice would be 'keep up the good work'.

I worked at Collabera full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good team members to work with.

    Cons

Company did not give new solutions team long enough to build an entirely new line of business. Gave less than year and a half to show immediate revenue even though they wanted to offer services beyond traditional staffing.
