Limiting, what was promised in the interview was no more then a dangling carrot

Manager Training and Compliance (Current Employee) Phoenix, AZ

ProsIts a challenge. You will learn to handle different situations with very little constructive direction

ConsPoor Communication. Plenty of times where the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Company is too small to be this disjointed.

Advice to Senior ManagementCreate the rules and live by them. Do not make special or side deals with different employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    poor managment

Debt Collector (Current Employee) Phoenix, AZ

Prosset schedules. set schedules. thats it.

Consno yearly performance reviews or pay raises. you may need to beg and wait for several months after your first year of service for any raise. often employees are made to feel expendable and turnover is very high. reverse discrimination seems to be company policy. a diverse workforce is one thing, but worker race/ethnicity does not represent the community. if you are a white male, do not expect to work here more than 6 months. if you want to park less than 3 blocks away you need to pay $75 month for parking.

Advice to Senior Managementstop buying new Bentleys while your employees are unable to cover basic living expenses.

experience is OK for short-term, but not recommend for long-term development of career

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsSince there is no proper training, self-learning skill is developed here. You have opportunities to learn stuff from other positions as well.

ConsThere is no proper training when taking new position; Workload is very high and also requires a lot of overtime.

Advice to Senior Managementpoor management in the company. There is no performance reviews or pay raise. Management better offer some incentives to build employee loyalty for the company.

Numbers on a board are the most important.

Collector (Current Employee) Toronto, ON (Canada)

ProsEveryone has a chance to get the job. You will stay if proven ability to collect. Medical and dental benefits available. 3 weeks vacation after 5 years of employment.

ConsCompany with very fast turn around. 50 people hired and fired weekly. If you don't want to drawn better learn how to sweam. Performance review is not done as promissed on time, there will be gaps of 2-3 years in between...

Advice to Senior ManagementMore respect to employees might be beneficial on long run.
