    Pros

Great community and people to work with. Wonderful environment and very strong relationships built

    Cons

Some difficulties in terms of keeping track of paperwork and ensuring fairness with students

    Advice to Management

Keep focusing on building the community and allowing people to grow within themselves and finding their place there and in the world. This is a huge draw for a lot of people.

    Pros

Beautiful campus, really nice kids, nice offices, little micro-management. Everyone seems to get the benefit of the doubt. Doesn't seem like they fire anyone. Nice benefits.

    Cons

Zero training, very low pay, even compared with lower-caliber schools.. Never once received a performance review...so promotions seem to be based only on arbitrary assessments. Massive favoritism present and little or no communication with higher-ups. Weak links.

    Advice to Management

Train the management and cut the fat below. Make sure performance reviews are given and try to ensure equity across departments and across jobs with regard to responsibility level and years of experience.

    Pros

Good work study opportunities. Worked in several parts of the college. The best was as a caller for Phonathon. Flexible hours and bonuses. Provided meals

    Cons

There were not many cons. Ig you dislike cold calling it is not for you. One night they had breakfast for dinner. It was not that enjoyable. Overall there are not a lot of cons.

    Pros

    Benefits, cheap standard of living

    Cons

No diversity, limited resources, poor facilities. Not changing with the times to stay competitive. Poor communication by administration... NEVER any snow days!

    Advice to Management

Reward workers... work from home if poor driving conditions. More flexibility in summer when kids are out

    Pros

Smart coworkers. Fun outings that let you see professors outside of work. Lots of free time. Flexible hours. Relaxed environment.

    Cons

Could use more structure as to what they want us to do. There are extended periods of doing nothing. Can be very monotonous work.

    Advice to Management

Let students research something on their own if they have free time.

    Cons

Some of the people there will take advantage of you if you do not speak up for your self.

    Advice to Management

Management at the college was surprise how much I knew about working in the food service.
