    Pros

    People are good and friendly, company is a lot less stuffy than traditional competitors and Sr. Management is quite accesible.

    Cons

    It can be cheap compared to other global organizations.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Spend more time with Juniors and Admin, motivate people and don't reward those who don't deserve it.
