I have been working at Colony Capital

    Pros

Location is gorgeous, but they're moving soon.

    Cons

Management and accountability are both non-existent. People look miserable, especially the long-term employees who look absolutely defeated. No team-building, nobody knows who the other person is. Quite possibly the un-friendliest place to call work. Double standards abound, with friends of executives able to get away with whatever they want. Consider yourself warned and stay far away.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit if you hate your job that much and smile sometimes.
