    Pros

With plenty of opportunity to shine and great mentorship from management, this isn't a regular corporate job. Everyone lends a helping hand between departments which ultimately translates to the company's success and superior product quality. Great benefits and competitive salary, with a gorgeous newly renovated corporate HQ and a ping pong table in the back.

    Cons

Far from the popular LA neighborhoods so the commute is a pain and it's located in a really industrial area so you're constantly surrounded by big rigs. Zero vacation days for the first year.

    Advice to Management

Allow employees to start accumulating vacation days after probationary period.

    Pros

Other employees are very nice to work with.

    Cons

Terrible managers. Total discrimination. No overtime pay. Other employees in other departments stay until 11pm or later. Extremely high turnover rate. Yearly raise is a disgrace.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees with appreciation.

    Pros

This is a great place to learn how fashion industry works from top to bottom. They offer good pay (even for entry level candidates) and full benefits. And there are multiple opportunities throughout the year to travel to various trade show events around the country.

    Cons

There is a catered lunch available everyday, but it lacks variety. My recommendation would be to mix up the menu a little bit more.

  5. Mixture of Korean/ American company

    Pros

This company has a nice office. Lunch is supported if you are into Korean food. Benefit is just the average.

    Cons

It is owned by Korean and work-life balance is very poor. Pay is low and it seems to have high employment turnover.

    Pros

Great opportunity to grow in and out of your field. Managers have a lot of experience in the apparel industry. Compensation and benefits are great. Working hours are reasonable, so it's easy to balance work with personal life.

    Cons

Hard commute from home to work.

    Advice to Management

More corporate events for team building.

    Pros

Unfortunately, I can't think of any...
    Maybe the catered food?

    Cons

    -Dysfunctional, segregated, pooor management...
-TOO MUCH office politics between Koreans vs Non-Koreans.
-Aren't we working for 1 company? Don't we have the same goals? Shouldn't we cooperate & work as a unit?
-At times, working here felt like a boot-camp.
-Lack of company culture. Zero to none.

    Advice to Management

Happy employee is a PRODUCTIVE employee.
I think the upper management/owner should seriously look into how the managers are running their dept and "leading their team". If there's a high turnover rate, there must be something wrong. Are the underlings the only ones to blame? OR can the managers be at fault here?
