Pros – great place to start a career and develop fundamental outside sales skills
Cons – The lack of training and development

Pros – outside sales freedom is great
Cons – Way underpaid and not a good comission structure. you have to build your comission into each deal and sometimes they seem to find a way to make it close to zero. you have to drive around all day and cold call and call on the phones. not worth it for the money.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay better base and comission structure

Current Employee – been working at ComDoc
Pros – good place to start and get first year experience
small company
opportunity for advancement within division and eventual advancement to corporate office
Cons – interview process was very long and frustrating
communication issues within company are extremely apparent
management seems to have issues with making decisions
Advice to Senior Management – making quick and solid decision in a business like manner should be a priority for everyone top to bottom at your company

Cons – nature of the job- d2d sales
Advice to Senior Management – higher base for reps for the amount of "b-time" activity you ask for

Pros – outside sales freedom of schedule
Cons – Pay and comissions are not high at all
Advice to Senior Management – Turnover is high because you do not pay and reward your sales rep. offer more help and more pay and people will stay
