I worked at Comanche County Memorial Hospital part-time for less than a year

Pros – Management was very thorough during the hiring and orientation process. Orientation was paid fully. Once on the floor, orientation continued for several weeks.

Cons – Some of the staff were unpleasant, especially about personal matters. Would have been nice to have the COWs in every room, instead of lugging them from room to room.

Cons – No job description! No job reviews. When problems arise they become your problem as if you created it and when you don't have a job description there is not much you can do about it. VERY manipulative and threatening tactics by management. You are made to feel that every day could be your last.

Advice to Senior Management – The high turn over rate of mid level management means that upper management is lacking. Period.
