Pros
benefits they are geat as you get free cable and internet service, they also have a great 401k as they match you and other great health benefits that are nice.
Cons
no room for growth, no cost of leaving raises and you were not given yearly raises, if you did happen to be luck enough to get one, it would only be as much as $0.12 - $0.40 many people working there are living paycheck to paycheck
Advice to Senior Management
Make your employee's feel valued and they will be more loyal to the company, also I think low pay is an issue if you are not going to give raises then you should atleast pay more to start per hour, people can not afford to live with a low per hour pay and no annual raise you feel the glass ceiling right at head almost immediatley
Pros
A lot of opportunity to grow this business
Cons
Lack of company focus at a regional level.
Advice to Senior Management
Clear direction and focus needs to be provided at all levels of the company.
Pros
- Commission rates are very competitive
- Lots of support from upper management
- Company is making big steps to improve customer service
Cons
- In the office by 9:30am, don't leave the field until 9:30pm
- Not compensated for handling escalations, recruiting, training, interviewing
- Override is not worth it for the position unless you have an outstanding team
Advice to Senior Management
It is what it is, this is a very challenging position, but it can be a very good fit for the right individual
Pros
Great projects to work on, for new comers a lot to learn. Work at home is a big plus, coffee is not bad.
Cons
Unfortunately in our department manager is bias and employees play politics to impress the boss. long hours sometimes, Hardware issues all the time.
Advice to Senior Management
Management should have a process to evaluate employee performance some other ways not just based on manager's feedback. Should encourage and provide resources to employees to improve skill set
Pros
Awesome Benefits
Great Pay
Free Service
Cons
No longer feels like a family.
No communication within.
Going "regional" has made most everyone have a bleak attitude about the future.
Advice to Senior Management
If you all would listen to your front line employees and implement new ideas & suggestions we could turn this around before it's to late. : (
Pros
free cable, internet and phone
Cons
the comiision isnt that high
Advice to Senior Management
up the pay
Pros
Part time employees get full time benefits. By working in sales you have the chance to make your part time check look like a full time check! You also get free cable service, Paid time off, Vacation, Holidays and just days that you can take that you need to take and STILL get paid for them!
Cons
If you don't make your quota in sales, you have a chance of being terminated.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire people that are going to stick with Telesales and not just hire someone to fill a seat.
Pros
Comcast is customer friendly. Comcast offers 24 hr support. Comcast incourages customer feedback on every call. Comcast has the best internet services.
Cons
Comcast has communication opportunities after normal business hours. You may reach individuals who are not familiar with your services or billing issues.
Advice to Senior Management
There should be a period of training to allow for shadowing within leadership roles. Communication between levels should be better.

Management does not take responsibility
