I have been working at Comcast full-time for more than a year
Pros – lots of perks and benefits. you get the tools and training to do the job right. plus they make it where you want the company to succeed
Cons – a lot of your responsibility is in the hands of others. they some times ask you to do more then you should. customers don't understand that you don't work in the call center
Advice to Senior Management – go back to being focused in individual markets, local call centers, being less "press 1 for..." and more "Hi thanks for calling Comcast this is .... how may i direct you call"
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Good Pay and good benifits
Cons – Stressful. Upper management not loyal to employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more open and loyal to your employees.
