    It placed me with a job. Had some pay issues but they were resolved.

    ProsOkay company with a good placement. They mainly serve the heathcare industry so if that is your cup of tea that is the company for you.

    ConsThey do not seem to have a good understanding of the job requirements for IT or what the capabilities of the personnel who work for them. They do not seem to field quality candidates.

    Not much contact after hire, Zero help finding second position

    ProsPaid on time, found first contract

    ConsNo assistance identifying follow on contracts after 5 years, no benefits, no contact, no career. No bereavement time off. nothing but a pay check

    Advice to Senior ManagementYou are fine as a contract house, but if you intend to build an organization you might want to consider rewarding long term contractors with some communications, some feeling that you appreciate them, and maybe - just maybe - work hard to find them a new position when they tell you their existing contract is ending. Maybe!

    I've seen better, and I've seen worse.

    ProsIt's a steady job.
    Very flexible in work/life balance.
    Allows you to self-manage.
    Good rapport with management.
    Management open to ideas/suggestions for improving marketing strategies.
    Room to grow, but you have to be very vocal about wanting to move up in company.
    Good "boot camp" for recent graduates wanting to try out recruiting.
    It's an international company.
    I would recommend this company to a friend, but I would advise them to find their own health insurance.

    ConsCompany contributes very little to health insurance, expect up to 40% of take home pay to go towards "benefits" - employer provided health insurance/PPO - depending on your base salary
    Base salaries are relatively low compared to competition
    Too many daily meetings, takes time away from work

    Advice to Senior ManagementReconsider health insurance contributions or adjust salaries accordingly - look, we understand that since the acquisition it's considered a new company with a zero claims history, but that does not mean you should take it out on the excellent staff that you also acquired! Start contributing to 401k, that would be a good start. In order to ensure a low turnover of a great staff, reevaluate the contributions that the company is providing employees. Allow senior-level recruiting team the option of working remotely, there is no reason to be in an office every day, it is more cost-effective to have a productive employee work remotely than having a state of the art office that allows for no privacy and constant disruptions. Recognize that not all technical industries are the same, statistically speaking, the lingo is extremely different, as is the culture.
