MIXED - Not good at this point

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsFor a time it was a great opportunity to build a business and get rewarded for your diligent work.

ConsCurrent senior management has serious issues with integrity and follow up.
No setting of a clear vision or culture for the company.
Individual branches are left in the dark without any guidance or management.

A previous comment stated : "Backstabbing, incompetent upper management." Their comment was submitted in 2008 - I did not experience this until management contemporary to my posting was in place.

    Good Company

    Graphic Designer/Marketing Director (Former Employee)
    Post Falls, ID

ProsVery little micro management. Todd Welstad is a gem to work for,

ConsThe CEO came out of retirement to run the company. Unfortunately his son, the COO, is much more in touch with the modern world than he is. They don't spend much on office environment.

Advice to Senior ManagementThanks for a great experience, you guys are wonderful people to work for. If the position is every open again, I'll apply for sure.

ProsShe is a great people person and has compassion for her employees. She knows talent when she sees it and understands that people have feelings too.

ConsThe work is not to steady and most work is out of the local area and that makes it difficult for a person like me that has to rely on Public transportation.

    DO NOT APPLY!!!!!! RUN FORREST,RUN

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Post Falls, ID

ProsAbsolutley None, gives you time to find another job!!!!!!!!!! I honestly cannot find any good things to say about this company other than if you enjoy working in a negative backstabbing degrading company.

ConsBackstabbing,Incompetent upper management. The company talks a good story about growth and expansion but fails to follow through. They take great pleasure in degrading employees and work them to death for little pay. Very few people are satisfied working there and turnover is high.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop kissing the butts of the old worthless franchise people and their outdated ideas and run a business with happy dedicated people. No one has respect for each other let alone the Branch Managers whom you constantly brow beat with negatives. Learn to Respect and show Dignaty to others. I know it's hard for you when Glen is the most negative, degrading person I've ever seen leading a company. Keep following this leader right to bankruptcy court.
