Good job overall but communication could improve

Pros

Easy job with little supervision. Training easy and quick. The benefits were ok.

Cons

Management only worked opening and gave bad shifts to new hires. Sat on the Internet all day. Behavior terribly negative. Never talked about or encouraged advancement.

Hire positive people. Get out of the executive office once in a while to find out what really happens within the organization.

Good job for a college student. Opportunities to move up. Benefits package.

competitive pay, but benefits package unattainable on the salary (which made it unusable), unethical managers, insignificant raises, men are paid much more than female employees.

Treat the retail employees with more respect and appreciation, as they are the first person your customers interact with.

They discriminate against employees in the military as well as employee's with religious beliefs that do not match their own
