I worked at Commercial International Bank full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Very good salary and incentive scheme.
Branches are well furnished, clean and comfortable.
    Huge client base.
    You learn everything about banking

    Cons

Unachievableand unrealistic sales target that is never modified to accomodate the circumstances (like political unrest or wasted days during curfew)

Top management live in a bubble away from everybody else, they never listen and never try to understand!

No proper training and they rarely encourage self development.

very competitive environment that at some point turns unethical

No clear career path, you might get higher grade and higher salary but you rarely get promoted because people just stick in their places forever, so in order for you to get a promotion the person ahead of you has to get fired, quit or die!
