    Pros

Great culture and perks. Bagels on Fridays, casual dress during the summer, and a lot of company outings. Year end bonuses of around 20% is great too.

    Cons

You have to pay for parking downtown which is a bummer. Also pay is lower than other competitors but they make up for it with work life balance.

    Pros

Laid-back culture. Bagel Fridays. Good end-of-year bonuses. Conveniently located near the commuter rail.

    Cons

Lack of growth. Low pay even with bonuses still lover than the industry average. High turnover. Management doesn't follow through with promises.

    Advice to Management

Increase responsibilities and pay to retain qualified employees. Some employees there for 20+ years doing the same work since they began.

    Pros

Commonwealth was a great place to work. Management listened to what people had to say. The company is involved in charities and philanthropy. It is a community of people that like to work hard and play hard.

    Cons

Not a ton of cons. Apparently the help desk was a tough department to be in, but did not work with them.
