Good autonomy. Occasional good projects with major clients. Good people. Freedom to come and go.

Cons

Little career progression. Management roles are ejector seats. Complete lack of management communication and governance.

Advice to Senior Management

Sell it off, invest the proceeds and take time to enjoy a few leisure activities. You don't have the passion to manage a company. If you want to turn it around, start listening to people, make some informed decisions about who you can trust and take a more active and positive interest in what is going on. Have the courage to surround yourself with people who will disagree with you.
