    Pros

    Being able to advance career, staff, training, work is constant an busy all day. Its a good way to get people help who are frustrated not getting answers from insurance or hospital in costs that are to pay

    Cons

    Waiting on a answer on maybe a discount , we just have so many new people that a simpple question, we have to put patient on hold to wait for a answer..

    Advice to Management

    Ibelieve the managers are a lil over whelmed at time only now because of all the Hospitals coming into the system. I would like to state that supervisors need help in answering questions, they are busy as well, we have patient on hold to get answers, an have to wait till supervisor is avaiable to give answer

    Pros

    There was plenty of hours to pick up if you wanted to work, and no pressure if you didn't want to.

    Cons

    The facility I worked at didn't realize I had taken a set of narc keys home with me, until I informed them. At one point, there was 4 different agency nurses working full time schedules, but they couldn't keep their own staff. Maybe if they paid their nurses part of that "agency $$" they could keep staff

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to your employees when they give different options on how to geta job done.

    Pros

    They provided opportunity for training and education. There was a real sense of family and team spirit. Their security department is the best I've ever had.

    Cons

    High volume of patients with complex health care needs. I would have liked to have had more opportunity for case managememnt.

    Advice to Management

    Need more support for new hires. I recommend developing a mentoring program. Focus more on retention. It is difficult to perform to ones best when staff is always changing.

    Pros

    Community first and team oriented health center. The employees are all there for all the right reasons.

    Cons

    The Board and the CEO didn't share the same vision, while I was there.

    Advice to Management

    Continue with Mr. Sherman's vision of being more then just a health center, and be a community center.

    Pros

    Able to help individuals in need. Company open to new ideas. Medium facility allows for networking and relationship building with colleagues. Benefits are okay for non profit

    Cons

    Employees turnover ratio is 3 to 1. Newly appointed hr director. Terminated CEO and COO. Company volatile And employees satisfaction deteriorating. Low pay

    Advice to Management

    Create team building exercises to help employees work together and trust each other. Have a measurable and quantifiable approach to performance reviews. And allow employees to give performance reviews of upper management I.e. two way performance reviews.
