    Pros

    Great staff
    Great clients
    good shift..Monday-Friday weekends off
    Clean calm environment
Advancement if you're a good worker

    Cons

Manager was clueless, as if it was her first management position

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train management better, always asked dumb questions instead of using judgement or commonsense

    Pros

The owners are very nice even though the woman can be very rude and condescending. The clients are most generally happy and assisted by good, caring staff.

    Cons

The office is not very helpful when employees have issues, the supervisors will get mad if an employee is unable to come to work for any reason, and there's virtually no advancing in job rank unless you're friends/family of the people in the office.

    Pros

    Flexible hours especially for students
    Paid Vacation & Holidays
    Easy to apply

    Cons

The management pays little to no attention to their employees
The pay is not worth the type of work you will do which includes investing yourself and your mind entirely to the job
The health benefits are the worst i have come across. Takes out almost your entire paycheck!
Employees are so unmotivated that the whole work environment looses morale

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you pay your employees well and listen to them more, you will transform this company into what it should be
Employ people that have an interest in the field rather than just hiring all tom, david and harry's that pop up in the office
    Give better health benefits

    Pros

My coworkers -- who kept quitting because it was such hell to work there -- were nice.

    Cons

Literally, everything about the job. No training, no support. Upper management is the worst, likes screaming at people and belittling them and fires people on a whim. Oh, pay sucked too. Would beg on the street before working there again.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be less horrible.

    Pros

Help people who need love and care.

    Cons

Management is crooked and fake. Care about their party friends and stick others in a negative hard working environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Actually care about the people you claim to care for. Pay the actual care givers decent money

I have been working at Community Options full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The people you work alongside can be some of the most caring people out there. I'm also very happy making friends with the people we support. It definitely made me a better person.

    Cons

Where to be begin? The pay is atrocious. The upper-management is very disorganized and basically one giant revolving door driven by the will of the CEO who rules with fear.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have the board vote out the CEO. I honestly believe this would fix everything.
