    Pros

Scheduling is very flexible, the pay is not a lot but for someone just entering the field its ok

    Cons

Managers are handed too much work to deal with by their selves and should have assistant managers to help and get paid different considering the residential staff end up doing their jobs anyways. no recognition throughout the company, and not many ways to move up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to your staff. Check in from time to time

    Pros

The company has a few co-workers that make your work bearable.

    Cons

Management is awful. Company hires unqualified individuals. Training is conducted by unqualified and untrained coworkers. Do not promote within the company.

Hire better individuals, promote within the company, increase salary to a living wage.

I worked at Community Resources For Justice full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Can't think of any other than meeting a few nice people who have since left also

    Cons

Pay is horrible for location, only way to bring home a decent check is to work 54+ hours getting overtime, management does not care about their employees, they constantly hire people who like to do as little work as possible, there is no support from management if you have concerns or questions, instead of hiring for vacant positions they will expect staff to carry 2-4 positions at the same time with no pay increase or validation

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire all your higher level management and start over, the way you treat your employees is horrible

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
