    Love the learning, the flexibility and the team collaboration!

    Low paying wages forces qualified people to not last:(

    Advice to Management

    Increase in salary in accordance with the cost of living for that specific state and not the same salary nationally.

    Working closely with probation, parole, DCF, and court system.

    Cons

    The company does not pay you well.

    Advice to Management

    When you hire individuals to work for your agency that have BS and Master Degrees, it should be expected that you pay them a salary that they can live off of. Most employees that worked in my office had 2nd jobs.
