I worked at Community Solutions full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Working closely with probation, parole, DCF, and court system.

    Cons

The company does not pay you well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When you hire individuals to work for your agency that have BS and Master Degrees, it should be expected that you pay them a salary that they can live off of. Most employees that worked in my office had 2nd jobs.
