Advice to Senior Management – Practice transparency and treat employees with respect.
Pros – The type of work that I never have to take home
Cons – Pay sucks, no room for growth
Advice to Senior Management – You are not really in touch with clients, so allow the staff who are bring new ideas to the table. I'm sure they will work better than half of the ones you come up with
