CompUSA Reviews

Pros
The management provide a flexible schedule to individuals that performed. I'm not sure how the new Compusa work atmosphere is in relation to old. Opportunity for advancement was available -the following comments are from the pre-liquidation Compusa
Cons
Organization and communication from corporate level was below par. This may have been a last attempt at restructuring before the company went into a liquidation phase. Work hours past closing was unnecessary certain times and more efficient ways could have closed the store. Managers were paranoid of senior executives and store visits. -the following comments are from the pre-liquidation Compusa
Advice to Senior Management
Communicate with senior executives and corporate individuals, allow individuals that excel at there position to work independently. Don't micro manage your best, the low level performers will be weeded out in time. -the following comments are from the pre-liquidation Compusa
