Pros

Entrepreneurial setting for risk taking, change management, leadership, possibility of really learning significantly. You can learn plenty if working with the right people in the company. Growing in a fantastic rate, by increasing customer focus and diversifying portfolio offering.

Cons

Limited growth in terms of available positions upwards. Low brand recognition outside of Brazil. Non-competitive salary compared to other industries which make it hard to retain talent.

Advice to Senior Management

Must really focus on how to retain talent by providing competitive packages, with a bonus significant component based on results and providing more working autonomy to talent.
