It was really good. I like it a lot. My hours were flexible and it was just great all together.
Don't really have any cons. Like I said everything was pretty good and laid back. I enjoyed working with them.
You get to schedule your own hours and days that you are available to work. They reimburse you for driving, your mileage, and are very flexible.
Work is sometimes hard to find and is dependent on your availability. Also, there is little training from management, so in most cases, you must have at least 6 months of experience.
Advice to Management
Management should offer more training and provide greater incentives for those who are willing to travel beyond 15 or 20 miles of their own location.
