Pros – - Friendly and helpful co-workers
- Room for growth
- Plenty of opportunity for continuous learning
- Laid-back atmosphere, yet encouragement to strive to be better
- Great benefits, including educational reimbursement
- Leadership is always accessible
- CBS and The Donohoe Companies (parent company) both show great employee appreciation
Cons – - Some might view being pulled in on projects with other groups as a con because it adds extra work on your plate, but I enjoy the teamwork-oriented atmosphere and appreciate when the favor is returned!
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you're doing! The fact that you are available and open to speak with (or have lunch with) employees is great. Feels good to be appreciated.

I worked at Complete Building Services full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Sometimes just be thankful you have any job at all.
Cons – All aspects of working is so far below subpar. No matter what is told during interview process, there are no raises, no bonuses, nothing, ever, never. Reputation is well known throughout industry, just ask anyone in trade and established.
Advice to Senior Management – Start from the top and fire all. Hire qualified persons and compensate appropriately.

Pros – its a job with a sometimes on time pay check.
Cons – Your operation manager will not help you any chance he gets and they man there buildings with the least number of people they can get away with. The pay is at least 5 dollars less than everyone else. They have in house schooling that is a joke and Your schooling from a company is only as good as the person teaching it!!!
Advice to Senior Management – Care more about the employee! If you pay just to get warm bodies in a building thats what you get!

Pros – Constantly hiring because of turnaround.
Cons – No recognition, No raises, No annual reviews, 5 days vacation per year, No bonuses ect..
Advice to Senior Management – Recognize employees as people. Provide yearly reviews to track accomplishments. Provide yearly raises based on merit. Provide employees with 2 weeks vacation.
