“Great part time job”
Current Employee – been working at Complete Music DJ and Video
Pros – Availability to make some cash on the side. This is not a good full time job due to the seasonal work, but if you have a full time job and are looking to make some extra money its a great opportunity if you have the right personality for it.
Cons – The only downside is the fact that you work most weekends. Its the nature of the job though, as you are primarily working wedding receptions you can expect to work Fridays and Saturdays.
Advice to Senior Management – Take note of when your employees need some time off. Many times we need to do personal things on the weekends and cannot always be available.
