    Pros

Salaries are generally 15-20% above industry, although the difference reduces for senior roles. Good for the first 2 years of your career (not more)

    Cons

Complete Lala culture. Also since they pay better and the professional growth is poor, people end up spending their whole careers in the company owing to lack of similar jobs elsewhere. This is also the HR policy of the Lala, to pay a little extra to his employees so that they cannot go anywhere else and serve him for the rest of their working lives

    Advice to Management

    Get a professional HR

    Pros

Good initial learning, handsome salary, Latest technologies used, opportunity to learn and grow ( initially), work life balance, no work pressure !!!!

    Cons

You never get the opportunity to come up and change the things which are going wrong.
poor infrastructure and the worst part is that no one tries to improve it.
People are friendly but u will lost your communication skills here.
No performance incentives , its fixed , whatever you do , u will get the same salary what others are getting even if they are not doing anything .. It hurts sometimes !!!
if not handled with care, u will become like the people working there and u will accept whatever is happening and just do the work (not good for the career)

    Advice to Management

Don't think that if a junior is talented , then he will leave the company. Give them a chance to prove otherwise the talented people will leave with frustration !!!!
