Pros
they do advise you often of new positions within the company of other projects. The do keep you informed of what is happening. The are good at praising you for your work
Cons
The compensation is very low. The contracts say that cannot leave them until contract runs out which is strange. Also the contracts state they will not pay any overtime but they will send out off hour jobs to do. They state they have flat management but use there SME staff as management without compensating them tor the extra work load.
Constant and monthly reviews are a little annoying.
Advice to Senior Management
Do not see why need to review performance monthly. It seems a little much.
Pros
The only thing that was positive about compucom was the working staff. Not the management but the employees. They try every day to make a bad situation better without the help of the company
Cons
Very poor salary. management is out of touch with the employees and does not want to hear anything negative. Cannot see the big picture and will lose accounts.
some things you buy at the dollarama store and you know it is only worth a buck so you are okay with that. Technology definitely should not be done by dollarama. There is a reason that the big ones are still around. IBM, HP because qualtiy processes will show themselves
Advice to Senior Management
quit worrying about you backsides and the account and give constructive advice,. Being a yes man does not make a good leader. You hire good people and then take there advice not manage them to death.
Pros
good team of individuals to work with
Cons
numbers only place. Management disconnected from front end. Not open to change
Advice to Senior Management
listen more. Personally should be bought out
Pros
Good training plans and resource available.
Seems fair and open communication
Cons
Too much focus on profit. Company has to balance between compensation and profit level
Advice to Senior Management
Have more technical exchange among different programs and regions
