    Pros

    Great people that you directly work with. I had no major issues with anyone co-workers or management otherwise. Push for you to use their free services to advance your training and education. Benefits were good. Managers were good about backing you up when asked by co-company to do something outside your scope or in violation of co-employment laws.

    Cons

    Great employee review but always the same answer we are on raise freeze even while the company recorded record profits. Ok pay not the best.

    Advice to Management

    I would say so pride in your employees. Show them appreciation and give them raises.
