Pros
Training available, not sure about any other pro...
Cons
Very low pay, no increases whatsoever and no opportunities to grow. Work there only if it's temporary.
Advice to Senior Management
Not sure how this company has survived you must focus on employee satisfaction to get your customer satisfaction.
