    Pros

The best part about working here was meeting new people. And some days they provide you with free ice cream or pizza.

    Cons

No opportunities for advancement, pay is way below industry standards, all day micro-managing, poor training. This company has a high turnover rate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs people skills training. Employees need to be treated like they matter. Someone in Corporate needs to gauge why the turnover rate is so high. You know a company is bad when regular workers rarely communicate with upper management.

    Pros

Not very demanding work, friendly co-workers, and little to no stress.

    Cons

No room for advancement or salary increases. Mundane work environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Good place to start working when you don't have a job

    Cons

Easy to advance in this company but the pay doesn't match the amount of work you do. The higher you climb the less you get paid based on hours. All management is salaried where you get no more for working overtime but they doc your pay if you don't have 40 hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get out when you can. It doesn't pay to be part of the management team.

I worked at Computer Generated Solutions

    Pros

I can't really think of any good that comes with this company except just getting the paycheck

    Cons

Compesation is whack. You get paid like 11/hours with all sort of draconian management policy. Hell, you can't even go to the bathroom without notifying someone. And that bathroom break is only about 1 minute or two

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat people like human. Not some cows

    Pros

easy to get hire, the job itself is not bad at all.

    Cons

the main con is the wage. for a single person 11 an hour after taxes is very little. on top of that they have really bad benefit which you cant use for the first 90 days. if you have any tech skills or certification, please don't come here unless you are ok with 11 and hour with bad benefit, and not too much room for advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

you guys need to pay more or else you will have people leaving left and right. it is not good to have a call center where 30-40 percent of people are new and don't even know what an ip address is.

    Pros

It is relatively easy to get a job there and the training is good. You will also learn a lot on the job. This is very good for a first job or a career change.

    Cons

The salaries are much lower than industry standard. Benefits are minimal. There are very few opportunities for advancement. Sometimes the job can be very stressful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest more in you agents. The money you spend on agent retention you will save in not having to constantly train new agents due to attrition. Also provide career path opportunities.
