    Pros

Many have the ability to work from home

    Cons

Poor work life balance. Recent changes have negatively impacted morale, such as eliminating bonuses for non-sales staff, mandatory bell curve reviews forcing 40% of employees to be rated as partially meets expectations and numerous layoffs.

Employees and clients play second fiddle to management for its own personal gain.

    Pros

Compensation is fair. Office accommodations are adequate. Employees that are actually serving the clients are dedicated and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with

    Cons

Management at the vice president level is blind to the clients needs and will do anything to advance their career. Constant reduction in work force has morale at its lowest.

    Advice to Management

Consider what the clients actually report on their surveys rather than placing more pressure on the employees to temporarily solve a problem. Also would help if management could prepare their own presentations rather than having subordinates author them and management takes credit.

    Pros

A strong and caring staff exists below the level of vice president. Compensation was fair. Strong efforts are made to interact with client base.

    Cons

Sr, management does not listen to client base. Company is in a constant phase of change which confuses clients and clients. Vice presidents sit back and look to advance due to the hard work of employees reporting to them but do not give the employees any credit. Constantly called into meetings.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your clients. Stop the constant meetings and have vp's prepare their own presentations rather then depending upon personnel who receive no credit
