I have been working at Computer Sciences Corp full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent work life balance, has a work from home program if you management likes it and trust employees to use it can be very helpful but in most cases not management frown upon employees using it.

    Cons

Internal technology and management are stuck in the 1960s. Corporate culture is not really one of innovation or change. Management really needs to better about the direction of the company and improving internal technology. All manager are from outside no room for growth. They do just about everything in Excel.

    Advice to Management

The corporate culture starts at the top and with management that does not embrace the century we live this company will continue to lag behind as top talent will work somewhere else.
