- The current economic environment has caused the following cons :
- No pay raises and little or no bonus
- Some layoffs happened
- Vacation accruals were stopped for a period of time
- At the corporate level, some expansion related, travel related, etc... expenses have been frozen this year which caused difficulties in going up against competitors for work when they did not have the same restrictions.Advice to Senior Management
Significantly increase outward bound marketing activities to advance the mind share of the company in the market place.
Streamline certain processes to avoid "giant corporate" issues. -
