Working for CSC has been a privilege. The company has unlimited learning resources and management provides incredible support in careere advancement. Hard work is certainly appreciated and recognized.
CSC has learning resources (although some tuition reimbursements for non degreee courses should be reimbursed)
There are various opportunities available to staff to move to different areas of technoology. There are rewards and recognition programs.Cons
Straight forward people, will tell you the way it is. Its recommended that the company create more avenues for contiued learning. Employees who work extrememly long hours should be rewarded with yearly bonus or some form of extra compensation.
Advice to Senior Management
Compensation for extra hours or additional time off can boost morale.
