Pros – work environment
excellent benefit package
Cons – Management to employee ratios too high. Economy restrained Sales Processes and new customer development..
Most of the cons were deeply influenced by declining economic environment. Tthis position was newly established.
Advice to Senior Management – Necessary training to support staff. This may only have apply to new positions.. Product knowledge training was less than I needed as i had not been involved in this market before. Acquiring someone who is motivated to manage inside lead generation and familiar with industry and products would serve position better.

I worked at Computer Service Partners full-time for more than a year
Pros – Started off with decent salary and promise of raises tied to certifications
Had a good group of guys working hard to try and support clients
Cons – Mass exodus of engineers and techs with no replacements.
They lost a dozen guys withing 2 months with no new hires.
Currently, guys left are overworked.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire a lot more staff
Focus on something other than the bottom line
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
