Pros – Only worked for them for a few jobs. Did some network installations and provided help on a Fiber Network switch. Fun place, they are open-minded indeed! I learned a lot, and they weren't rude in teach me a 38 year old some tricks. Their methods of performing work are detailed, and precise. Not just an IT Company they provide jobs for Web Developers, Designers, 3D motion artists, and programmers. It was great to work on many different projects from and to get the feel of different technological trades. When working on a Fiber Network they were also re-creating the website systems and www websites.
Diverse IT company.
Cons – I wish I could of worked longer with them. They were great in all regards. Pay was well above avg. Jobs are all over the place, as a service oriented place, we go out to clients or they would come to us.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide some workshops for Certified Training.
