ProsMay be good for starters.

ConsTeam leads and technical managers has their old favorites. Hell of a job for graduate developers, New joiners and foreign workers.

Relaxing work culture for old employees ONLY.

No respect.

No processes. No documentation. Everything is in Air. As a result, developer's life is hell. No trainings.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement is not at all interested in talking to developers.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at Computershare full-time for more than 3 years

ProsFlexible. Great people working there. Relaxed atmosphere. Good managers.

ConsSenior management do not like to interact with managers, TL's or staff. There are significant bonuses above the Manager level while staff fight for 3 or 4% / yr.

Some senior managers still think it's okay to manage by bullying.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire more MBA's or a consultant to teach them how to treat staff. It's the only holding back this great company frome being exceptional.

ProsIt's a good place to get into the finance industry and gain experience in some ms technologies; the company always provide the latest dev tools.

ConsNot much real technological innovation is happening here. Too many teams competing with each other, all doing the same thing over and over again.

Advice to Senior ManagementWould be good to speak to some individual team members more frequently instead of just checking the mood of employees via internal surveys, which often dont result in people speaking out their true feelings.

ProsGreat place to work, people are very intelligent and open to helping out. Benefits and pay are good. Leader in the Transfer Agent industry

ConsHave to play the political game to move up in the company. Too many locations and divisions which makes it hard to offer an integrated solution to our clients.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake an effort to have better communication with your employees and in between locations and divisions. Overall doing a very good job considering the company size.
