Good Place to Start a Career. Not much room for advancement.

Delivery Consultant (Former Employee) Detroit, MI

ProsGreat community of people. Always willing to help each other. Resources always available when you need them. Good company to be at if you want to learn about multiple areas of technology.

ConsNot much room for advancement no where to progress your career. Ask you to relocate without any choice. Compensation is not competitive. The job gets boring after a few years and there is no where to advance your career.

Advice to Senior ManagementToo concerned with Wall Street and not enough focus on the employees. This company used to be different years ago and now the culture has changed for the worse.

Great job if you want to work 40 hours per week.

Technical Support Analyst (Current Employee) Detroit, MI

ProsAbove-average benefits, up to five weeks of vacation, flexible work schedule, good people to work with, and nice cafeteria.

ConsLocated in downtown Detroit (long commute), management has never had a lack of vision, middle management is static, very poor communication from the top and what little we get is misleading at best.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't lie to your employees by saying the company is not for sale and then soon after selling about a third of it.

Was a great place to work.

    Generalist (Former Employee) Detroit, MI

ProsAn interesting job and a paycheck.

ConsCompany in downsizing mode as they are trying to figure out what their niche is.

Advice to Senior ManagementForget the "shrink you company to profitability" idea. It doesn't work. Hire back all the brilliant people you earlier laid-off and try to get new ideas for new business back.

    Not Friendly

Programmer Analyst (Former Employee) Detroit, MI

ProsThere aren't any good experiecnces that I can remember at this organization.

ConsUnconfortable working attitutes from middle management. Disrespectful to employees. Some old timers held back information instead of sharing to help the organization.

    Avoid the Milwaukee consulting branch

Information Analyst (Former Employee) Milwaukee, WI

ProsVariety of assignments. Staff includes a wide assortment of interesting people.

ConsLong periods of "bench time"—expected to be in the office with no duties. No telecommute option; no leeway given for bad weather or other emergencies. Severely antiquated equipment (e.g., huge fifteen-year-old monitors that leave no room on the desk for a keyboard). High-pressure environment; some account managers are bullying and rude. Unattractive work environment in an out-of-the-way location (West Allis).

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
