Pros
Interesting projects and solid software products, unlimited personal days at the discretion of management, they have a diversity hiring program.
Cons
Management overwhelmed and unprofessional, quality of job depends on what manager you have, the process is more important that the people.
Advice to Senior Management
Believe in your people, train your managers to ensure the people win and deliver, stop thinking people need to be treated like children
Pros
decent place to work. Do one thing good and you are golden forever
Cons
no skills assessment, products are too complex and expensive
Advice to Senior Management
simplify
Pros
The chance to work with really talented, smart, and helpful people was one of the pros. The majority of my peers really made the experience worthwhile.
Cons
The vacation time caps out at only 3 weeks after you have been employed for 5 years. Also, there are very few recognized holidays. The pay scale should be more competitive. There is no matching 401k. Upper level management does not value the lower level employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Get to know your real employees more and try to value their contribution to the company. Perhaps you should also think about how many mangers the company truly needs to be successful as it seems that there are more people that are supposed "leaders" rather than true workers.
Pros
Respect for employees.
Good atmosphere.
Well known, Good name on resume.
Cons
Not competitive and fast enough in obtaining projects for their consultants.
Advice to Senior Management
Have to be aggressive in capturing projects.
Pros
Technology is reasonably robust although outdated
Cons
Having to interact with management
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to the employees, interact , and ultimately provide value
Pros
The pay was competitive with other companies
Cons
They only have one client in Atlanta, which is a MCO
Upper management shows favoritsm to employees over others
To much politics
they provide no help if you are having issues working with their one client
laptops are old and out dated
Advice to Senior Management
Bring on more clients and try to have the backs of the employees that are out there busting there tails for your bottom line.
Pros
They try hard to be a technology leader and treat the employees well (apart from vacations which are poor)
Cons
Vacations, snr management programs very 1990s
Advice to Senior Management
Cut out 50% of middle management
Pros
1. Great technology-leading products
2. Good people in the field working hard on behalf of customers and prospects
Cons
1. Too few products in the marketplace
2. Little sales leadership - other than yelling at people
Advice to Senior Management
Get some real sales leadership in place. Everything else is ready - product, technology, delivery, pricing. But sales leadership is a big hole.
Pros
Good salary. Good Mid-level managers. Decent benefits.
Cons
Sr. Management hasn't done anything exiciting to rock this company. There was campaign which compuware 2.0 took on recently...but hasn't changed the company a bit.
Advice to Senior Management
Be considerate to the employees...profit margins are good..but valuing employees make that company apart from the herd.
Pros
Good compen., good middle management
Cons
Lack of transparency . and lack of communication
Advice to Senior Management
more communication requierd
